your meat made to order. We cure and smoke our own hams and bacons. We
also make great homemade bulk pork sausage, link sausage and maple link
sausage.
We feature "glazed hams", choose from cherry, apricot, pineapple,
caramel apple, or honey-basted. For those who like their bacon super lean, we make a
cottage bacon which is made from the shoulder and cured to perfection.
