Smoked Sausages

We can custom make to any size per pound. Smoked sausages are fully cooked when we smoke them, so we recommend grilling for only 10 minutes. Steaming longer will make casings tough.

Fresh Sausages

These sausages are not smoked, so we recommend you steam them for about 25 minutes and then grill for an additional 15 minutes. Grilling will bring out the flavor.
